Airbus A330 |
The Airbus A330 is a twin-engine, wide-body derivative of the A300. The A330-300 made its maiden flight on November 2, 1992. The A330-300 is 208 feet 10 inches long and has a wing span of 197 feet 10 inches. The A330-200 made its maiden flight on August 13, 1997. It has the same wing span as the A330-300 and is 193 feet long. It also has a taller vertical stabilizer.
American Airbus A330-323 N272AY first flew on April 6, 2000. Its construction number is 333. It was delivered to US Airways as N672UW on May 4, 2000. US Airways registered it as N272AY on October 11, 2006. It was merged into the American fleet on December 10, 2013.
American Airbus A330-323 N275AY first flew on November 15, 2000. Its construction number is 370. It was delivered to US Airways as N675US on December 7, 2000. US Airways registered it as N275AY on September 19, 2006. It was merged into the American fleet on December 10, 2013.
Delta Airbus A330-323 N807NW first flew on March 1, 2004. Its construction number is 1297. It was delivered to Northwest on June 3, 2004 and merged into the Delta fleet on October 29, 2008
Delta Airbus A330-323 N801NW first flew on January 9, 2003. Its construction number is 524. It was delivered to Northwest on August 28, 2003 and merged into the Delta fleet on October 29, 2008.
American Airbus A330-323 N276AY first flew on December 14, 2000. Its construction number is 375. It was delivered to US Air as N676AU on January 12, 2001. US Airways registered it as N276AY on September 19, 2006. It was merged into the Amrican fleet on December 10, 2013.
